Agreement to Terms

Products & Services

• All products are delivered digitally via WhatsApp
• Product descriptions, prices, and features are subject to change without notice
• Live demos are provided where available for you to preview before purchasing
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD (US Dollars)
• Accepted payment methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, Payoneer, Wise, Binance USDT (TRC20), USD Cash
• Payment must be completed before order delivery
• You are responsible for any transaction fees charged by your payment provider
• Prices may change without prior notice, but the price at the time of your order is locked in

Delivery

• Digital products are delivered instantly (usually within minutes) after payment confirmation
• Delivery is done via WhatsApp to the number you provide at checkout
• You must provide a valid WhatsApp number that you can access
• We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect contact information
• If you do not receive your order within 24 hours, contact us immediately

Refunds & Cancellations

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• Digital products are generally non-refundable once delivered (due to their nature)
• If a product does not work as described, we will fix it or provide a replacement
• Custom orders are non-refundable once work has started
• Refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

Intellectual Property

• All products sold are licensed for use, not resold to you
• The SKILLVEXA name, logo, and designs are our intellectual property
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our products unless explicitly permitted
• License details are specified per product in the product description

User Responsibilities

By using our store, you agree to:

• Not attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer our platform

Limitation of Liability
